STAFF A simple paper clip ... a complex transcript ... a long gray-topped counter marked by the finger and elbow prints of adults and teen-agers ... the tapping rhythm of typewriters ... a slightly torn library book from the lost and found .. . cheerful smiles ... the yellow paper stating the nurse's permission to go home .. . rapid clicking of walking feet ... a blast of cool air during hot fall and spring days ... minute-by-minute tick of the time clock ... a friendly and helpful atmosphere ... this is the office of Southeast.
