The Var¬ sity Club invites as members those boys and girls who have lettered in sports. Its purpose is to promote greater interest in athletics and to encourage good sports¬ manship. Also, it stimulates school spir¬ it through its activities. The annual athletic banquet is given each spring for members and guests. At this time we have a well known sports fig - ure or coach as guest speaker. The Varsity Club boasts of its unusual initiation procedure which provides good fun for the old members.
