The evening started with a Pep Rally around a huge bonfire and ended with a dance in the gymnasium. On Friday, November 20, the Class of ' 7 1, welcomed the freshmen into our school. The Senior Get Together was presented in hopes of bringing unity throughout the school. Highlights of the evening were entertainment provided by the Seniors, music by the Wheatstone Bridge, and crowning of the queen, Janice Pasquale and her court. Bally-Hoo Frank Wayne Cheff Class Some events happen around our school that many of us never even realize do happen. Some of these things happen in the class room or in the halls between classes. These are just a few of the diversions in daily routine in S.W.H.S. The Impossible Dream On May 9, 1970 , the class of ' 71 held their Junior Prom, The Impossible Dream. For the first time in the history of South Windsor High School, the prom was held outside the school at Hotel Sonesta. The highlight of the evening was the crowning of the queen Arlene Sarra. Her court included Ka¬ thy Staiger, Nancy Edlund, Roslyn Henry, and Pauline Boutin. Strains of music from Don Chouinard ' s Orchestra could be heard throughout Constitu¬ tion Plaza. y j 11 • ; ■ 1 v 4 J ■ 4 ; a TERRY ANN ADDINGTON Activities — Gymnastics Club (2, 3, 4); Dance Club (1, 2); Field Hockey Intramurals (1, DAVID L.
