C. and New York was one of the most exciting experiences to be had by the senior class this year. We left Fort Wayne by train on April 10th and arrived the following day in the capitol city. We cannot begin to name all of the sights of interest we saw, but some included the Tomb of Un- known Soldier, Washington Monument, Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials, F,B.I. Building, Bureau of Printing and Engraving, various embassies and so forth. While in Washington, we stayed at the breathtaking Woodner Hotel and enjoyed an evening at the Casino Royal night club. Then, on to exciting New York City. The first morning, after a few winks of sleep at the Henry Hudson Hotel, we were taken on a yacht trip around Manhattan Island. That afternoon we went to Radio City Music Hall and watched a spectacular stage presentation. When evenin came we were off to the Village Barn night Club. The following day consisted mostly of a thorough tour of the city, through Chinatown, the Bowery, Times Square, and etc. Come Thursday evening we boarded the train which carried us back to good o ' Indiana. Now that we are approaching the end of our pre- liminary training in life and looking forward to commencement, we look back and recall how our questions were answered by those who have guided us through tbese fruitful years.
