She is ready for dancing in any season, but in summer she uses most of her leisure by riding her bicycle and in winter ice skating is tops. Doris is undecided as to the kind of work she will do after graduation. Course: .Xcatletnic EnNA LAUCHNOR Nclls Xlthough Eddy is one of the smallest members of the class, there is plenty to be said about her. She plays piano and does some of her own arranging. She is an active member of the music clubs and does much of the accompaniment. Edna is also a good typist. She tackles her lessons diligently but she also hnds time for fun. Dancing, reading, and playing the piano are Madeline's hobbies. She hopes to become a stenogra- pher. James showed us his ability in basketball by being on our team in his junior year and as a manager in his Senior year. Because of his friendly attitude, we know he will succeed in an office job. RUTH Konrnn Schnccksville, Route .ffl Ruth says she's bashful, but that certainly hasn't pre- vented her from going places and doing things. 1946 Sowbnter LUCILLE MANGOLD Route 3, Allentown Lucille is recognized by everyone for her friendly smile and easy laugh. She served well as the first president of the Home Economics Club. Chemistry is her favor ite subject with gym a close second. Her hobbies are dancing, movies, and horseback riding. She will enter Beauty Culturist School in fall. Course: Academic Mixed Chorus 1: Girls' Chorus 2, fl: Senior Operetta 33 junior Play 3: Home Economics Club 4. VVILLARD NIANTZ Laurys Although Manu appears to be quiet, he is really lots of fun. We find him in shop much of the time because this is his favorite subject. Ice skating is his favorite hobby, with baseball and football as an equal second. Willard is undecided about his future. Course: General IRENE MEHRKAM Cnplay, R. I Irene has a pleasant smile for everyone. Sincere in her work, she has attained a permanent place on the honor roll.
