' Wildcat Pride Table Of Contents Opening 2 Organizations 14 Academics 44 Sports 62 Pride is a sense of accomplishment a person feels for a job well done. Developing pride in your school takes a lot of time and dedication from everyone involved. From athletics to the classroom, SV students were busy achieving top honors in their fields. So, come together students, faculty, and patrons of SV and take a look at what you have to be proud of in your own SOUTH VERMILLION HIGH SCHOOL!! Tim Gilman catches up on some last minute studies before first hour. (Below) Sophomore Shawn Barron takes pride in his art project. Festival! The mention of the word in Clinton automatically pops the Little Italy Festival into the mind of most residents. The festival is held annually on Labor Day weekend. Clinton citizens all take pride in this gala event. Italian music, food and customs take over the town for a memorable weekend. Each year a Queen of Grapes is chosen. This year the pageant was opened to the public and was held in the SV auditorium. SV senior Sherry Peters was crowned Grape Queen. This title carries with it many duties any obligations. Closing the eventful weekend is the drawing for a trip to Italy. Most of us have to wait a year for another taste of Italian culture, but the lucky couple that wins this trip gets a real taste of that culture instantly! (Above) Dallas star Ken Kercheval returns to his hometown of Clinton and is assisted in the traditional stomping of grapes by Festival queen Sherry Peters. Students showed up with safety pins Wildcat Pride, inspired the SV student body to and strange hairdos to protest the prep fashion, let go and show their Wildcat spirit. Homecoming week opened with the popular Spirit culminated during the Friday pep session with a 50’s day which caught the gyys in leather jackets and bannana eating contest, boys and girls tug of war and the gals in white bobby socks and oxfords. Along with class chants. After tabulating the points from the the traditional Hat, Jersey, and Old Gold and Black contests, the spirit plaque was awarded to the class of Days, SV added Preppie Day. Opposing the prep look with their far out punk styles are Senior Karla Jacks. Junior Sally King and Seniors Lori Harpel and T.J. Revesz. 9 One of the highlights of Homecoming week is Thursday night when the student body gathers to watch the burning of the traditional bonfire, constructed by the Senior guys. Each year the Student Council sells chances, according to class, for the right to toss the dummy into the flames. The Senior class bought the most chances, thus earning this privilege. In the past, the announcement of the Homecoming queen was saved until halftime of the football game on Friday night. However, this custom was broken in 1981 when the queen was presented to the student body at a formal coronation ceremony on the first day of Homecoming week. This enabled her to reign over all Homecoming activities. This year’s court included: Freshman attendant, Tonya Helt; Sophomore attendant, Tonnie DeFreitas; Junior attendant, Shelly Brown; and Senior candidates, Leigh Ann Dowell and Sherry Peters. The 1981 Homecoming Queen was Lisa Inman. She was crowned by Student body president Robin See and was also presented at halftime of the Homecoming football game. The new formal coronation was well received by the student body and is expected to become another tradition at SV. (Top) A back view of the 1981 winner of float competition — SENIORS!! Reigning over the night’s festivities was the 1981 Homecoming Queen Lisa “Pete” Inman and her court. The theme for the evening was carried out well in the decorations and picture setting. Sponsored by the SV Cheer Club, the 1981 Homecoming dance was a great success and will remain a cherished memory for those who attended. 12 (Above) Seniors Candy Fortune, Brent Burdick, Traci Amerman and Junior Jami Malone jam to the beat of the band's music. SV's own radio station, WCAT, provided the students with “top tunes” in the mornings and important announcements heard everyday at the beginning of sec- ond hour. Under the supervision of Mr. Don Shearer, the radio station (via the intercom system) has lasted for three years and is fast becoming another tradi- tion at SV. Student government was alive and well at SV in 1981-82 as the Student Council again provided the all-important “link” between the students and the administra- tion. In addition to their many duties, the Student Council sponsors the annual Chrismas Dance. However, the weather took its toll at SV as the dance was can- celled because of snow. In cooperation with the new roller-skating facility in the community, Clinton Skateworld, the Council was able to hold a fund-raising skating party for Cerebral Palsy. The Cadet Corps, sponsored by Mrs. Mary Pilipovich and Mr. Robert Waugh, continued to fulfill their duties at the open house, sporting events, plays and many other functions. The 11 hosts and host- esses project a sense of pride at SV and will continue to remain a vital part of our school. WCAT Disc Jockeys (Front) Joe Everhart, Sally King, Teresa Cappa. Reporters were assigned stories and had to dig up the facts before the Friday deadline. Co- Editors Joe Everhart and Lori Harpel took it from there to produce the final edition. Overseeing the entire process was Mrs. Marilyn Hawkins, staff advisor. Work began early on Old Gold and Black as Co-Editor Steph Hendrix and Sports Co-Editor Jami Malone attended the American Yearbook Company’s work- shop at Hanover College. The big money maker for the staff was the traditional Wine Garden Dance held during the Little Italy Festival. September caught Old Gold and Black staff members selling ads to local merchants in order to finance the book. Like in newspaper, deadlines are of the utmost importance as workers strug- gled to meet them. Editors, Danielle Helt and Steph Hendrix and staff advisor Mrs. Joyce York supervised the production of the 67th edition of Old Gold and Black. ■Yearbook Staff: (Front) Tami Hesler. Teppi Green. The band marched in the Little Italy Festi- val Parade, Christmas Parade and the Dana Fall Festival. They competed in a contest at North Vermillion with a few area schools and captured first place. Marching band traveled to Indianapolis where they received a division two award. In order to purchase new uniforms, mem- bers sold sausage, cheese and raffle tick- ets. Just what do the Coquettes do They ac- company the band during area band con- tests, parades, and sorting events. Pre- senting the half-time shows for sporting activities is only a small part of being a coquette. There is a lot of behind-the- scenes hard work that few people realize. The Coquettes try to present a different routine for each performance. This re- quires daily rehearsals sixth hour, after school and often on weekends and vaca- tions. This is a great responsibility since the coquettes do not have a choreo- grapher. Once they start practice sixth hour, the girls are on their own to create the original dances enjoyed by everyone. This year the SV Coquettes attended the Fred J. Miller Camp during the summer. Although many of the girls suffered through sore muscles, blisters, and sun- burns, the learning of new routines made it all worthwhile. 1981-82 Coquettes: (Front) Susan Roskovensky, Cathy Jackson, Rose Timmons, Jennifer Gibson, Gina Graham, Cathy Scott, Janice Reed. The Student Council sponsored Christ- mas Dance was cancelled due to incli- mate weather. “A Frosty Fantasy” was to have music from Chaser and to be held on December 12. In spite of the weather, the 1981 Christmas King, Andy Maguire was crowned during half time of the Staunton basketball game by Janice Reed. “Lollipops and Roses” drew many cou- ples to the dance floor creating a roman- tic atmosphere. The 1982 Sweetheart Dance held on February 13th caught many couples discoing to the sound of WPFR until the magic hour of midnight. The dance is annually sponsored by the newspaper staff. Reigning over the event were Seniors Steve Edris and Jeanna Banks, the 1982 Sweetheart King and Queen. Sweetheart King Steve Edris and Queen Jeanna Banks dance their dance. Couples swayed to the beat of Breakpoint at the Jr.-Sr. Prom held in the Heritage Ballroom at Indiana State Uni- versity. Co-chairmen Debbi Marietta and Lisa Taylor along with other committee mem- bers put much time and effort into making “Colour My World” a success. The room was alive with the many cheerful colors of spring and the rainbow. Queen Hinkle reigned over the evening’s activities with much style and grace. Post Prom was held at the Racquetball Club in Terre Haute. Couples danced, played raquetball and “pigged out . The magical evening ended too soon but will long be remembered by all. The play was under the direction of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hawkins and Elaine Gam- baiani who devoted a lot of time and ener- gy to make it a huge success. Close friendships were made and tears were shed when it was over, but everyone who participated felt it was an experience they’ll never forget. 29 30 SV Hosts The Peanuts Gang!! The songs of the Peanuts gang rang through the halls of SV as the cast of “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown started practicing in late February. The musical took a different format this year as the characters presented a variety of short sketches instead of a continuous story. The small cast, which consisted of seven members, allowed for a special closeness to develop. The production was directed by Miss Donna Hall, who also directs the SV Choir. The purpose, of course, was to ‘‘cheer our teams to victory”, so in meetings time was spent learning cheers, chants, and motions. Complete with cow bells and hats, cheer club members exhibited their spirit and exuberance at all home Varsity football and basketball games. Some loyal members even filled the fan busses and traveled to away games to show their WILDCAT PRIDE. If you are unfamiliar with foreign languages you may have some trouble translating the preceding sentence. That is French for, who is the new French teacher? Why, of course, it is Mrs. Marilyn Hawkins, a very familiar face at SV. Mrs. Hawkins has earned an AB degree in French, as well as in Spanish, and English. She also was the sponsor for the spring trip, which was tak- en to New Orleans. Thirteen people en- joyed such sights as the French Quarter, a tour of the Superdome, and dinner and a broadway show at the “Beverly Dinner Playhouse.” Changes in the Spanish Department's trip to Mexico were made, due to flight can- cellations. However, there was still a trip to Mexico. Mrs. Vera Shew, Spanish teacher, chaperoned the eight day trip. They toured the exciting cities of Mexico City, Taxco, and Acalpulco. The Zocalo, with its National Palace, Liberty Bell, and Diego Rivira murals, were just a few of the many interesting sights seen throughout the tour. April 14, 1982 marked National Foreign Language Day and foreign language stu- dents displayed their interest by wearing small flags coinciding with the country’s of which language they were studying. (Below) Angie McConnell reads letter from pen pal to classmates. Researching, interviewing, voting 48 “I signed up for the Detective Story and didn’t get it. Did you get the class you signed up for?” “Out of the six I signed up for, I got two I wanted.” So were the laments of juniors during 1982. Reduction of teaching staff made a serious impact on the English department and the juniors seemed to be affected the most. Even though many of them didn’t get their first choice in classes they found that the ones they did get were a refreshing change from the English classes they had had in the past. Many students found themselves on the television screen for the first time when they signed up for class in televi- sion broadcasting and others devel- oped their super-sleuth abilities in the detective story class. Yet no matter how they tried all the students still had to take courses in composition and grammar. In 1982 juniors had a choice, but sen- iors didn’t. There was no way to avoid it. Mrs. Hawkins and Mrs. Kramer wer- en’t about to let them go off to college before they were thoroughly familiar with William Shakespeare. Students met the ghost of Hamlet’s father and Lady Macbeth. Whether they wanted to or not and somehow, just somehow, they managed to survive without per- manently speaking in iambic pentam- eter. (Above) Brad Latinovich isn't camera shy. SV Incorporated Technological advancement has brought about many new computers, typewriters, and different processing systems, which has made business one of the most de- manding fields in today's career world. A great interest in business at SV has great- ly increased the number of students en- rolled in business courses. Different courses in this department train students to operate various types of business ma- chines in keeping up with today’s technol- ogy. As a result the school purchased new electronic typewriters to be used by the Intensive Office Lab and Advanced Shorthand class. A demonstration con- cerning these machines was presented before the Business Education Club dur- ing a meeting. The 1981-82 school year brought about many new additions to the business de- partment at SV. Area 29 Vocational Co- operative was introduced to the South Vermillion school system for the first time this year. This program gives the opportu- nity for students from Parke County schools to participate in the Intensive Of- fice Lab program offered here at SV. Par- ticipating in this program were thirteen area students, as well as nine local stu- dents. Each one received three hours credit per semester as they attended two and one-half hours each day. Much re- ward is due Mrs. Christine Goebel for the success of the IOL and the Cats’ Den. Mrs. Goebel, for the first time this year, has devoted her teaching skills strictly to the Lab program. Dictaphones have become a part of the Advanced Shorthand class this year. Mrs. Mary Parco, business department chair- man, explains, “I have designated three weeks of dictaphone work in advanced shorthand to give the students a better working knowledge of the dictaphone. The dictaphone reflects the transcription skills, spelling, and grammar of the stu- 50 dent. Exploratory Science at SV 52 The SV Science department offers many well-developed college preporatory courses which enables students to broad- en their scientific knowledge. These classes are developed in accordance with the students’ interests. The beginning course in life sciences at SV is Biology. Students in Biology are involved in study- ing everything from the ultra-structure of cells to the disection of crayfish and frogs. Students who' have a year of Biology are encouraged to enroll in some of the more advanced classes such as Zoology, Bot- any, Physiology, Horticulture, and Chem- istry. Because of the mathematical advance- ments in the SV school system, we found many freshmen working away at geomet- rical figures, where in the past geometry students must have at least been a soph- omore in class rank. Students now have the opportunity to study Algebra I at the eighth grade class level, which makes it possible for students to study geometry as freshmen. Students wishing to contin- ue their study in the math field will find this early start to be a great advantage. Annie Hawkins and Ken Palmer make new discoveries in Biology class. Joe Bruce studies the crayfish. (Left) Kella Conner takes a good look. (Right) Mrs. Conner demonstrates the dissection of the crayfish. (Below) “Mooch, another Einstein? 53 Fine Arts are active at SV 54 “We involve as many students as pos- sible in the art program, concentrating on developing their individual skills and interests. We try to develop a desire to explore, to seek, and to create, ex- plains Mrs. Cindy Chrzastowski, art in- structor at SV. The students are intro- duced to many areas of self-expres- sion their first year of art. The second year they elect to study in either 2-D or 3-D. In the third year of art they ex- plore a more advanced level of art and art appreciation. Their final year is based on the independent study pro- gram. The students develop, propose, and solve their own artistic problems. Some superior students involved with the art program are planning to further themselves in the field of art or some aspect of it at various universities. Beginning this year, the Art Club spon- sored an art exhibit for the high school in conjunction with the spring musical. The projects were judged and awards were presented to the students. The Art Club was very active this year tour- ing the Museum of Natural History, the Aquarium, and the Chicago Art Insti- tute. They also took part at the Little Italy Festival by body-painting. Pro- ceeds from this project were used to purchase a small printmaking press for the art development class. Another new addition to the art depart- ment was Mrs. Angela Parmer who teaches primarily 3-Dimensional Art, which consists of weaving, sculpture, ceramics with clay, and jewelry. Another major form of art around SV is the Choir. Under the direction of Miss Donna Hall, the Choir participated in the coronation for Homecoming Queen, as well as attending contests. Miss Hall also directed the production of the spring musical “You're A Good Man Charlie Brown. The choir entertains at the Homecoming Queen Coronation. Chuck Corado weaves away at his art project. This consisted of anywhere from baking their first yeast roll to drafting or designing their own project that may have been re- quired to complete the course. Foods class was among the more popular classes offered in Home Ec. Discussing the Basic Four food groups and develop- ing good cooking techniques was what this class involved. The highlight of the course was getting to plan and prepare the labs. Wanting to get a taste of the mixed ingredients was not an uncommon temptation in this class. However, the young Betty Crockers found that the time spent baking the products was well worth the wait, for it was then that they got to sample some of the finer delicacies of the class. As the styles changed and the prices of clothing soared to unbelievable heights, some students at SV found that by taking a Textiles course and learning to sew, they had discovered a more efficient and less expensive means of tailoring. Many fashionable items were created in this class by using the color wheel to select the perfect colors and by mixing and matching fabrics. Barbara Camfield from Nannie’s Nook was a guest speaker at a Home Ec Club meeting. After an interesting discussion Mrs. Camfield donated a floral arrange- ment to the Family Living Center and Home Ec department. After 37 years in the education profession John Kyle retired from teaching. His pres- ence will be noticeably missed in the shop classes at SV. 56 Guest speakers were a common sight at Home Ec Club meetings. Safety goggles were a must in Welding class. Rewards For Jobs Well Done! Along with the social activities of high school, one must set time aside for those all important studies. Whether in athletics or the classroom students applied them- selves and came out on top. This years Thespian inductees and mem- bers were treated to a dinner at Western Ribeye for an initiation ceremony. The members and inductees earn the right to belong to the International Thespian Soci- ety by obtaining points for participating in drama productions. On April 27, 1982 the National Honor So- ciety held a ceremony to induct new members. Induction demands that one has a lot of self discipline to follow the code and keep up the requirements of the society. Chosen to represent SV at Hoosier Girls State were: delegates, Judy Hoke, Debbi Marietta, Rose Timmons and alternates, Jami Malone, Shelly Brown and Bobbie Milam. The girls were chosen by the American Legion Auxiliary by virtue of a speech. The 1982 session of Hoosier Boys State will be attended by delegates Brian McLeish, Brian Davis and John Fen- oglio. Honor night was held on May 12 where students were presented with awards and scholarships for their achievements. Among the awards were: the Student Council's annual presentation of the Most Outstanding Male and Female Athletes to Sherry Peters and Brad Vandivier, the Veterans of Foreign War and the VFW Auxiliary for Most Outstanding Freshman Girl to Kim Harris and Most Outstanding Freshman Boy to Brett Gilman. The 1981 Junior Varsity Football team ended their season with a 5-2 record. The whole Wildcat team helped in making the season a successful one. Coach Tim Terry was proud of the teams dedication throughout the whole season. The freshman team did not have a very successful season this year but with more team effort they should prove to be a promising team in the future year. Their season ended with a 2-5 record but Coach Tom Solomon was proud of their efforts. Teamwork is shown here as the Wildcats hold back the defense while Brad Vandivier gains more yardage. Jumping off to a quick start, the 1981 Volleyball team won their first two matches. Coach Cindy Chrzastowski and the girls continued to work hard all season in practices games. They learned many new skills this year and also improved their old ones which provided the fans with some very exciting matches. The team ended their season in the first round of sectional play where they were defeated in a grueling match against Terre Haute North. The Cats finished with a 7-12 record. Three awards were presented this year. The award winners were: Lisa Inman, Most Valuable Player; Cathy Vallosia, Most Improved Player; and Robyn Riggs, Mental Attitude Award. Good job girls! Cats The Junior Varsity squad didn’t have a winning season this year, but they really worked hard. Many times they lost their games by only a slim margin. Their record for the year was 5-14, which doesn’t show the amount of talent that was on the team. Coach Randy Frederick and all the guys really did a fine job. Look Hopeful! Also showing much talent this season was the Freshman team. Coached by Neal McVay, they finished their season with a 3-11 record. Although they didn’t end up with a winning season this year, they showed a lot of enthusiasm and will be a great asset to the Cats next year. 1981-82 Junior Vanity Basketball Team: (Front) Doug Farrington, Chip Howard, Chuck Watson. At the State Finals he placed seventh and eighth in the 100 and 50 freestyle respectively. Coach Jo Wardle and the boys are looking forward to a great season next year. Swimming is one of the most physically demanding sports and takes much determination and patience which is what the girls swimming team and Coach Jo Wardle had a lot of this year. They didn’t come out on top, but they never gave up and ended up with a season of 4-5. Throughout the season they all worked on their individual talents and became close frierrds in the process. Young Team Goes Far For a very young team with a new coach the wrestlers provided many exciting dual meets which resulted in a winning season. They also showed spectacular individual performances in the tournaments throughout the year, placing third in the WRC and second in the sectionals. Their efforts in the sectionals advanced six wrestlers to the regionals by placing first or second. Those were, Tim Waldrop, Brad Vandivier, Brian Davis, Dave Davis, Ralph Leonard and Darren Nolan who became the third wrestler from SVHS to compete in the semi-state. This years Most Valuable Wrestler Award went to junior star, Brian Davis who captured first place in all three tournaments that the Cats competed in. His performance in South Vermillion’s Invitational earned him the title of Most Valuable Wrestler for that tournament. Next years season should prove to be an exciting one with many talented wrestlers returning. Sophomore Bill Kelly rolls his opponent on to his back to add another pin to his personal record. 81 Sophomore Tim Waldrop shows his Wildcat Pride after pinning his opponent. They had to begin their season without having a coach which was extremely difficult. Once they found a coach things instantly started looking better for the Cats. They played hard all year during both practices and matches and they never gave up once during the season. The guys displayed a lot of skill and spirit out on the tennis courts which is why we are very proud of Coach Elaine Gambiani and the Cats. The girls also finished in the final four of the sectional play. Doubles Steph Hendrix and Robin See are all smiles as they are about to add another victory to their personal record. Senior Micci Louden puts much enthusiasm into her strokes. 85 Junior Polly Porter puts all her strength behind the shotput. 1981 82 Girls Track: (Front) Carla Farrington, Vicenta Martinez, Kim Bedwell. They did not compile enough victories to obtain a winning season but they did capture 5 wins to 8 loses. Cindy Stevens qualified for the sectionals in the high jump and 400 yard dash as well as Polly Porter in the discus. Polly placed fourth in the sectionals to advance to the regional competition. The 1981-82 boys track team were all very talented runners but they could not seem to pull ahead far enough to win every match. They ended their season with a record of 2-8. Awards handed out at the end of the season were received by Brad Vandivier, Most Valuable Runner; Sean Webster, Most Improved; and Tom Stevens, Mental Attitude. 1981-82 Boy Track: (Front) Darren Nolan. Cats Win Big!!! The 1981-82 Varsity Baseball Team definitely came through in ’82. The team had a great season due to their quickness and their excellent hitting ability. Many fans came out to support the mighty Cats as they chalked up several victories. Coach Tim Terry and the guys ended their season with an impressive 19-4 record. The Cats also emerged as No. 1 in the WRC and as sectional champs after defeating Brazil, the defending champs. They went on to lose to T.H. North in the champion- ship game of the regional in a heart-breaking nine inning contest. sv 12 Staunton 9 sv 6 Sullivan 8 sv 9 North Central 6 sv 14 Ft. We’ve Got Spirit!!! Always making their presence on the sidelines known were this year’s cheerleaders and wrestlerettes. They supported the Cats all year during both victories and losses. They had so much spirit and enthusiasm that it spread out to the fans and soon many people were cheering along with them. The Varsity and JV cheerleaders attended camp at Eastern Illinois University and the wrestlerettes went to Vincennes University. The girls also had a cheerleading clinic of their own. Their purpose was to teach younger girls some of the skills which they learned at camp. Their hard work and long practices paid off when the varsity cheerleaders participated in the Parke County Fair Cheerleading Contest and placed second in the competition. Congratulations goes out to all the squads for doing a great job this year. 1981-42 Vsristy Cheerleaders: Holly Redman, Danielle Helt, Leigh Ann Dowell, Sherry Peters, Debbi Marietta, and Lori Dowdy. The year 1982 came too quickly for most seniors as we finally realized our high school careers would soon come to an end. Many were sad but all were looking forward to gaining more independence. Reaching our senior year meant making important decisions that would affect the rest of our lives. Some decisions were good, some were bad, some were right, and some were wrong, but all were part of gaining that independence and becoming an adult. This is our year — 1982 — Let’s show ’em what we’ve got!!! Senior Frank Cirey demonstrates his working ability (and his smile!) on the job at Mackey's. As always, the last week of school for seniors brought mixed emotions for us all. We were happy to be finished with high school studies but would miss our friends and activities. The week started with I don’t want to grow up day” followed by what I want to be when I grow up”, “bum day”, senior supper and finally graduation. Friday’s senior supper caught seniors dancing the night away, swimming in improper attire and causing a lot of racket! The years seemed to whiz by and now it’s our turn class of ’82 — GO FOR IT!!!!!! That face says it all — The Last Supper!! Say CHEESE!! 134 t Seniors Holly Redman, Cathy Vallosia, Teresa Cappa, Lori Harpel, and Lori Lane retreat back into their childhoods on “I Don’t Want To Grow Up day. Ah, Pizza! The only thing for the Senior Supper, exclaims John lacoli, Henry Antonini, and Joe Everhart. Phil Bennett and Michelle Briley want to be bums when they grow up! 135 Graduation — At Last!! May 23 found the class of ’82 at that long awaited and sought after graduation from high school. The gymnasium was filled with Moms, Dads and Grandmas as the seniors said their last goodbyes. Valedictorians Mike Volk, Judy Sprague, Cindy Soltis and Salutatorian Steph Hendrix presented speeches to the class to remind them of their pasts but mostly to emphasize the importance of their futures. The usual tears were shed but somehow the class of ’82 knows they’ll remain close throughout the years. Valedictorian Mike Volk sadly informs his fellow classmates that the party's over. Steve Edris gives a sigh of releif after he receives his diploma. Graduates Lori Frink. Gina Ingram. Sharon Leister, and Karla Jacks get together to reminisce before the ceremony. As editors, we worried about getting pictures and meeting deadlines, but most of all, we worried about you liking the book. Pleasing everyone is next to impossible, however we tried to capture a little bit of the emotion and pride in everyone. We hope that in years to come the yearbook staffs behave themselves. This means not laying on book cases, not leaving the j-room a few minutes early, and not running the halls, all of which gets Mrs. York in trouble with the big guy!! Many thanks to Mrs. Joyce York, our advisor, for her never-ending help and support, all our section editors, and last but certainly not least our fearless representative from the yearbook company, Dick Maurer, for whom no task was too great!! Here it is South Vermillion — your WILDCAT PRIDE!!!!
