The “S” Club is a school sponsored organization. Its pur- pose is to stimulate interest in atiiletics and to promote a well rounded athletic program for tlir South Sioux Cit) High School. l o earn an'“S” in sports a boy must participate in at least 12 quarters of football, at least 1 3 of all combined quarters of basketball, or he must earn 12 points on his own in track. After receiving an “S’ a boy is shown respect and honor by all underclassmen and also giving them inspiration to parti- cipate in sports.
