On Target duct Looking back, the change was slow and quiet. But it was there, and here we are. So now, stand back and take a bow. It was a year for polishing up, putting it back together, and get- ting on track again. We wanted a new way. Now we've found it. We're where we want to be, always improv- ing, always working harder.
