Mr. Samuel B. Howe is class adviser. The social committee have spon- sored basketball games and dances in the gymnasium after school, but the mone- tary gains were almost nil. Each officer has performed his duties efficiently, altho our treasurer complains of her idleness. AT .THRE CAETAIN S The Honor Society of South Side High School is a member of the National Honor Society and it is one of the highest honors available to a student of South Side. Membership in the Honor Society is a testimony of superiority in Char- acter, Scholarship, Leadership, and Service. A scholastic average of 77.5%, approval by the entire faculty, and participation in a reasonable number of activities are the requirements.
