They benefit those receiving help and provide opportuni- ties for their members to learn and practice good citizenship. Realizing a need for such a group, Rock- ville Centre's Kiwanis Club, eleven years ago, estab- lished the South Side Chapter of Key Club International. Composed of forty of South Side's out- standing boys, the organization performs such duties as answering letters to Santa Claus, ushering at school functions, and participating in charity drives. It is one of the most outstanding chapters in the country, having produced in recent years a Key Club Governor of New York State, a Lieutenant-Governor, and an International Trustee.
