She has won our respect because she is an educator with sincerity of pur- pose-a woman who thinks with her heart as Well as her head. She is keenly alive to the beauty of spring-vibrant to the fact that we receive in proportion as we give - and certain that Service is the keynote to effective living. Dr. Magan and Mr. Lewis approve an assembly program for Captain Newman, as Barbara Stolk and Harris Gold- stein look on. Ioan Balson and Loretta Boehm happily receive from Miss Magan their awards for winning first and third place respectively in a recent contest conducted by the States' Attorneys ol Illinois.

There is truly an air of freedom in his office.
