To be eligible for membership, students must be enrolled full time in an academ- ic or technical program which is de- signed to transfer to a four-year college, achieve a 3.50 GPA the semester before invitation to join, and maintain a 3.25 GPA after invitation. Membership can- not exceed 10'7b of the student body. Eli- gibility for Phi Theta Kappa is the high- est academic honor possible for junior college students.
