Erik johnson, center fullback, played excellent defense. The halfbacks were a very impor- tant asset to the team, especially the center halfback, joey Parillo. On the line was Tommy Levandowski, who did most of the scoring. Levandowski had ten penalty kicks out of thirteen. Up until the last three games he was ten out of ten in penalty kicks. Coach Haley says the reason for our winning was that they played together as a team, not as individuals. That is what made our j.V. team so successful. Coach Barrett says this is the best group of kids he's had to work with in his three years of coaching. There's not just one player, there are about seven outstanding ones. The leading scorers were Tony Frascino, with seven goals, and Pat Cornell and Scott Fredrickson with four goals each. The defense of the team was led by Kenny Kaladas.
