Assistant Principals Message To the Class ol' 1959: 'l'his is a time of decision. You have now reached one of the crossroads ol' life. 'l'he path you choose will become your way of life. Some of you have already decided what you are to do. This has been your first important decision. You will approach many crossroads, many problems, and the need for many decisions. Attack each problem calmly and intelligently. Do not hesitate to seek advice. You will find, too, that the best guide to your decisions will be the high ideals that your parents and teachers have tried to instill in you. The world is in need of citizens who are trained in the philosophy that great problems can be solved only by adhering strictly to principles of justice and charity. Seek that training and equip yourselves to do your part in the solution of our prob- lems. Exemplary lives in your community, lives of service, characterized by kindness and consideration for your fellow man, will win for you a life-time of personal happi- ness and the esteem of your community. With kindest regards for your future, I remain f -Thomas Connorx 10
