Since thc adoption of the Contitution, thousands of citizens have contributed wealth, wisdom, life and effort to enrich the blessings that citizenship in this nation denotes. You have an obligation to protect and preserve that heritage. By actions, thoughts and expressions you should demonstrate your faith and confidence in the principles and ideals upon which it is founded. During your attendance at South Park many opportunities were presented to you to acquire a knoweldge of the duties and responsibilities of citizenship. In classes and in extra-curricular activities you learned the importance of respecting the right of others as well as the necessity for carrying your fair share of the burden in all common undertakings. I am sure that you have a clear understanding of the meaning of citizenship and I have every confidence that you will be true and faithful to the generally accepted concepts of the good citizen. fmmng
