We lost . . 1 n our y four boys this yearg Frank Egan, DeWitt Cox, Donald Dubois, and Scott Rogers. We have gained one grr , Ruth Beckwith. Our achievements were that we all became Sophomores and made money selling hot dogs and pop at basketball games. Robert DeForest was our President and Robert Loomis and Stanley Tal- lett our Student Council representatives. The class officers of our Sophomore year were Kareen Loomis, Presidentg Harriett Smith, Vice Presidentg Beatrice Brazee, Secretary: Arietta Von Hassel, Treasurer: and Robert DeForest and Ruth Beck with our Student Council representatives. We had a busy year with two dances, one in the fall with Boyd Cornell's music and show and one in the spring, a St. Patrick's Dance, with the Melody Ramblers' music. We sold stationary and started our sale of sweatshirts. We also continued the sale of hot dogs and pop at the games. In honor of the Seniors we g ave a Farewell party which turned out quite jolly. This year we are Juniors but our number 15 dwindling We lost one girl Ruth Beckwith and three boys LaVerne Tytler Marcene Tefft Dean Armstrong So far we have had one dance with Lyle Peak supplying the music The sale of sweatshirts T shirts and duffle bags has gone on We are looking for ward to the traditional Junior Prom, and the Junior Senior banquet and after that to being Seniors At the present time Robert DeForest editor of our yearbook and the rest of us are quite busy working to make this book a success Once again Kareen Loomis is our President and this year Robert Loomis and Harriet Smith are our representatives to the Student Council .4584-
