KELSAY Through his proven ability as a diligent administrative educator, Principal Jolly F. Kelsay has again helped provide to the faculty and students of SOC a year that must be noted for its academic achievement and progress in the field of human relations. In his fourth year as principal of SOC, Mr. Kelsay has again greatly contributed to the motto that plays such a large part in uniting the faculty and students- SOC-Home of the Champions. ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL DAN ROSE Assistant Principal Dan Rose, for his special ability to communicate with and understand the students he deals with, must be given recog- nition as a well-liked and respected addition to the administration at SOC, which he joined last autumn.
