mmwwewgg olyswtlvoahcliyfuiglvsclwolw 5 5 E Many friends have been made at South Oak Cliff this year. And these friends will go on forever remembering and handing down the ideas and traditions of each other. The smiles and laughter of each person are those that make up our noisy halls-smiles that will cast a profound shadow upon each ending day and laughter that will be heard throughout the on- coming years. Then comes the guilt-guilt from those who have been punished because of a little pride they could not put down just so there would be a little Something to let them remember their days at SOC. And at the same time there are those who will never be forgotten through a carved initial on a wooden desk, or a little trick played on some teacher. And as for the tears, there comes those accomplished memories for those who have made SOC a part of them, and them, a part of SOC. There are the tears from those who have built their appearance, personality, and knowledge around SOC and now must leave to learn it from a dif- ferent society. But most of all is the love, honor, wisdom, and traditions that we, the 1968 Student Body of South Oak Cliff High School, have left to remain among the halls, teachers, and to Whom it may concern in the future.
