c Ct u tyj- South New Berlin Central School South New Berlin New York Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town Waiting for someone or something to show you the way Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today And then one day you find ten years have got behind you And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it’s sinking You cry out loud to the world but you’re still small Your time spent here is another brick in the wall. The students are represented with two members from each class. These representatives, as a whole create the Student Council which coordi- nates all student activities. In the past year Student Council has become more involved in both the community and our school. Through our efforts we were able to convince our administration to al- low Walkman headsets back onto campus. At the request of Mr. Schriber (Sr. High So- cial Studies) we eagerly helped with the 1984 Mock Election held for students in grades 7-12. Members of Student Council engaged in the Sr. Citizen Student Work Day in which students did odd-jobs for the senior citizens of our community. Currently Student Council is working on creating a weekly honor list, to be the op- posite of the weekly ineligitable list. Another goal, also, is to name a student of the month from grades 7-12. 20 D. Avolio C. Beadle O. Beadle M. Berthel K. Bovee A. Christian M. Clark L. Cline A. Cullipher B. Daniels B. Dunham T. They fall all night, till the ground breaks their flight, and they settle and shimmer in the morning light. The blanket covers all around, and beneath it lies the frozen ground. Until Spring comes and melts it away, The beauty of snow is here to stay. Mike Morgan n o o -+ cr a Front: B. Moore. L. Lakin G. Walbrecht. T. Wheeler D. Graves. D. Meade D. Tamsett. G. Perkins R.
