Being a senior is just as if fate Has ended, like a late, late show. No more skipping classes; Down to the source of our knowledge; No more forging late passes; Have to choose a college. Forget about boring study halls; Gotta start filling out forms. Leave behind the games of baseball; Time to go look at dorms. Yes, being a senior is really tough; Though they think it’s as easy as pie. But leaving your friends and all that stuff? It’s never easy — saying goodbye. Onward to your junior year, A CT’s, SA T’s and more. You’re starting to plan your future, Next year’s like an open door. Grade 11: Row 1: P. Brown, K. Edick, L. Demeree. D. Maynard, A. Bryant, D. Aches and pains from football, Practice is always the same: Coach yelling his head off, It’d be different if we won a game! Yet sports hold something different; A challenge unlike other things. Fast and exciting for others to watch, For me, satisfaction is what it brings. FOOTBALL 1979 The Football team enjoyed a very successful season finish- ing strong, and ending up with a 4-3 record. The players worked very hard and they surely can be proud of themselves. Many players who are returning next year are already talking about the up-coming season. That certainly is a good sign, and 1 personally am looking forward to it. Coach Boyer Football Row 1: S. Jones. B. Bush. S. Clum. Row 2: J. Friedel. M. Hearth. B. Walling. T. Nelson, C. Lyons. T. We started slowly, but I have no doubts that by sea- son's end, we were the league’s second best team. I look for better things to come in 1980. Coach Bryden 47 Soccer P. Boise K. Bush S.
