Individual leadership is vital to the United States' position as the world's leading nation. This type of leadership may range from being the head of a family unit to that of a large industrial or governmental unit. The young people who are students now will provide this needed leadership in the years to come. Schools try to develop leadership along with other virtues, but it is the individ- ual who must reach his own potential. 'Each one of you may have more potential than you realize. Try to find and develop this to its utmost. Congratulations and success to the Class of 1966 who are going out into the world as potential leaders. May your accomplishments exceed your present expectations.
