ElaA and W. emori e5 SOUTH NEW BERLIN CENTRAL SCHOOL South New Berlin, New York Daniel Cloyd, Editor _AL« Waler In the Unadilla Valley, Where our Southtown lies. Stands our noble Alma Mater, Glorious to view. South New Berlin, South New Berlin, Black and gold we love. Hail to thee our Alma Mater, South New Berlin, Hail. 2 The Senior Class of 1963 feels it appropriate that they should show a small portion of their gratitude to Mrs. Grace Fisher by dedicating this yearbook to her for the personal interest and concern she has shown for us, and for the many helpful aids she has rendered to us. ADMINISTRATION DONALD G. PRESTON, Administrative Assistant ERNEST G. YOU MANS, District Superintendent d oard ofi Educati ion ROW ONE: Herbert Reed, Clerk; Merritt Ford, Earl Nearing, President. ROW TWO: Harry Pike; Frank Kopko; Elwood Fredrickson. RICHARD A. MARSTERS, Supervising Principal Franklin once said, If a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it away from him. An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. Material things eventually wear out, become rusted, or lose value in various ways. Wealth and estates may be lost to natural disaster, war, or other misfortune. An education cannot be taken from an individual no matter the way fate may turn. It will always return div- idends far greater than from material investments and is something that can be built upon throughout a lifetime. I hope all of you will continue to be students throughout your lives, building on this initial investment that promises to pay so much that can never be taken from you. My sincerest wishes go with the Class of 19 63 for a useful and a successful life. FACULTY ROW ONE: Mr. Whiting, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Oldfield, Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Biviano, Mrs. Tamsett.
