Senior Sketches Ronald Peter Tompkins—nickname Pete—likes sports, math, money, animals, apples and a niece He dislikes barbers that don't know how to cut hair and people who use words he doesn't understand. His pet peeve is officials and people getting pushed around. His favorite saying is So what. His favorite hangout is behind his nose. Ten Years from now he would like to be retired and living comfortably in an igloo in Alaska or a grass hut in Hawaii. Everett Emmett Boise—nickname Skip—likes Maverick, Minneapolis Lakers, popular music, dancing, sports and food. He dislikes TV spectaculars, dull people, pineapple, grapefruit,' licorice and fruit cocktail. His favorite hangout is a certain house on East Street. Ten years from now he hopes to have graduated from college and to have become a successful coach. Yanna Kroes likes reading, summer, blueberry pie with chocolate ice cream, good music, homemaking, going to the movies and most people. She dislikes math, introductions. Fabian, Physics, people who put on airs , spinach, giving oral reports and music lessons. Her pet peeve is her inability to make up her mind. Her favorite hangout is next door. She is noted for her big brown eyes whick really aren't so big. Ten years from now she hopes to be married and successful as a good wife and mother. Sharon Warner—nickname Shari—likes swimming, movies, skating, spaghetti, a little blue Ford and a certain sailor. She dislikes airplanes, liver, ironing, fighting, cream cheese, bossy people and SOUP. Her pet peeve is watches that are not on time. Her favorite expression is Yikes. Her favorite hangout is anywhere she happens to be. She is noted for sleeping in study hall and failing History regents. Ten years from now she hopes to be married and settled in her own home and have two children, preferably a boy and a girl. James Preston—nickname Jim—likes sports, music, boats, TV, driving and history. He dislikes English grammar, nothing to do, winter and liver. His pet peeve is being called James. His favorite expression is Next week I've got to get organized. His favorite hangout is coach's office. He is noted for getting mad in basketball practice. Ten years from now he hopes to be a successful pharmacist and a family man. Gerald Sebeck—nickname Jerry—likes food, outdoor sports (hunting and fishing), V8 cars, and football. He dislikes chocolate ice cream, 6-cylinder cars, and English literature. His pet peeve is talking with people who brag and working at the candy stand during last quarter of the basketball game. Ten years from now is undecided but is considering civil engineering as a career. Rebecca Lou Carr—nickname Becky—likes pizza, swimming, chemistry and math courses She dislikes snakes, liver and driving fast. Her pet peeve is people who drink excessively. Her favorite expression is Oh Yeah. Her favorite hangout is the library. She is noted for bad spellin'. Ten years from now she hopes to be graduated from nurses' training with a B. S. degree struggling with money problems and the heat in Florida. David Christian—nickname Red—likes sports and racing cars, bowling and basketball. He dislikes Typing Regents, diets, vegetables and braggers. His pet peeve is three study halls in a row. His favorite expression is You said it, I didn't. His favorite hangout is Ken's Diner and anywhere else he happens to be. He is noted for getting so interested in the basketball games, that he forgets to turn the clock on. He hopes to join the Navy and learn a trade then follow it when he gets out of the Navy. Donn Dixson likes hunting, guns, boating, swimming, baseball and skiing. He dislikes anything to which there is work. His pet peeve is having someone not answer when a question is asked. His favorite hangout is anyplace where people can't find him. He is noted for falling asleep in English and Chemistry classes. Ten years from now he hopes to be graduated from college and become a successful geologist. Douglas Eugene Ezick—nickname Doug—likes dancing, Adventures in Paradise , Plymouth Furys and stock car racing. He dislikes Physics, English and jazz. His favorite saying is How about that. His favorite hangout is Dings. He is noted for his forward look hair style. Ten years from now he hopes to be a successful buyer at Sak's 5th Avenue. Joyce Kenyon likes homemaking, food, watching TV, and yelling at Basketball games (even though people look at me.) She dislikes children who won't mind, being commanded to do some- thing, deadheads (myself included,) moping around on week-ends, licorice, and mint ice cream. The thing she dislikes the most is being told how terrible she is by a certain brunette in the Junior class. Her pet peeve is her weight and horrible disposition. Her favorite hangouts are next door and two doors up the street. Ten years from now if she can get her ambition stirred up she would like to be living any place but N. Y. S. with a good job in the Secretarial or Homemaking field.
