DONALD G. PRESTON, Supervising' PrincTpol Principal's Message As you leave high school there are many thoughts going through your mind. I am sure there are both feelings of sadness and happiness. Sadness because you are leaving your friends, happiness because you have achieved some meas- ureof success in completing one of the major steps in your life. Along with these thoughts of sadness and happiness, I hope you will also stop to reflect on your future. Will it be a life of happiness and success or one of troubles, heartaches and shame? You can follow either road. It will be up to you. The road to success and happiness will be more difficult and will require much more from you. You must have self-respect and pride in the work you are doing and the kind of life you are living. A life without pride or self-respect cannot be truly successful. Best wishes to the class of 1959 for a long and successful life.
