'nas Formal This year's Christmas formal theme was Wish Upon A Star, when many girls got their wish at the annual girl-boy affair, The special evening arrived, the couples at the Silver Bells, Christmas formal, danced and dined until the enchanted hour, Music was provided by the i'Varsity Men. Pictures were taken of beautifully dressed couples, boys wore tux and girls formals with beautiful flower corsages. Raisin inthe Sun, a play about human desires and hopes for the future was the production of Masque and Gavel ton' The second semester. m : Q Starring in this were: Wade Marshall, Linda Howell, Mary Mays, Yvonne King, and Melvin --mi-sai l Thomas. Directing was Mrs. Nadine Shirner. 'Raisin In Q The Sun' . . . But son don't you understand says Linda Howell to her son who wants to spend her check. The only way to get rid of these roaches mama, is to burn this house, says Yvonne King.
