The sound of music, no reference meant to the musical by the same name, is a wondrous and delightful sound. Whether it is singing or the playing of an instrument, music never ceases to bring enioyment to both lis- tener and performer. The mad rock and roll, the rousing Rebel fight song, the nostalgic alma mater tune, andthe awe-inspiring national anthem will bring back treasured memories of school life and friends. Mr. Schaar, Mr. Shaffer, and Mr. Sa- tina make up the music department. This would lead a person to believe that our music program is small and undeveloped. On the contrary, music is a popular course taken by many students. Our school band is one of the most school-spirited groups to be found. Come to the games and listen, if there is any doubt about that state- ment. MUSIC 1 F 2 l 5 A 2 2 6 5 6 .. - as V 235'- r-, A Q., -A 'wir' , ,. ' Pi YN , 7, -H c-....,., .
