GIRLS' LEAGUE COUNCIL
"To promote friendliness among the girls at South," is the motto of the
Girls' League Council. This is done by planning and carrying out social activities
such as: the annual mother-daughter teas, the selling of pennants and pens,
and the sponsorship ofthe "Doll Day."
G. A. A. COUNCIL
,The Girls' Athletic Association activities are made possible through the
co,uncil. Their duties include planning playdays and excusing absences of G.A.A.
participants. Though these duties seem trivial, they take very careful considera-
. tion and thought.
