This is done by planning and carrying out social activities such as: the annual mother-daughter teas, the selling of pennants and pens, and the sponsorship ofthe Doll Day. G. A. A. COUNCIL ,The Girls' Athletic Association activities are made possible through the co,uncil. Their duties include planning playdays and excusing absences of G.A.A. participants. To obtain these points the following scoring system is used: A-3 points, B-I point, C-O points. At the annual Honors Night, awards are given to students who have main- tained high grade aver- ages.
