antasies of Dixieland Memories The semi-dark setting of the Junior-Senior Prom was illuminated by the magnifi- cence of Southern splendor. Wishing wells, sprinkling fountains, and Confed- erate flags added glory to the Old South setting. Under the blossoming magnolias and dogwoods, couples swayed to the rhythm of the Avengers. The beauty and grandeur recreated Dixieland Memories. Upper right: Sandy Gagne gazes reflectively at the beautiful blossoms that grace the gym as she tries to capture and hold the memories of the special night.
