pudgc l9l9eal'Cll'lC25 We WXGA? ' THE VOCAL DIVISION of the music department of Lebanon High School is made up of Chorus I, Chorus II, and the Girls, Chorus. These groups practice daily during a regular class period and. if necessary, hold extra outside rehearsals. Chorus I practices the first period of every day: Chorus II, the seventh period, and the Girls' Chorus. the eighth period. Through the collaboration of the three choruses and under the capable guidance of Miss Helen Kleinfelter. litany musical events have been presented this year: such as, the Messiah', by Handel and Wllhe Student Princev by Sigmund Romberg, in addition to Christmas and Easter santatas. Besides, the members have made numerous public appearances in the service clubs of Lebanon. In the spring of the year a representative group from these societies enters contest work. The personnel of these organizations includes high school pupils interested in chorus work and music as a whole. To spread the value of music and its high merits has been the aim of these groups. Surely, the goal has been high, however, under Miss Kleinfelter's direction, it has been easy to attain.
