1:11 5 if ' CN x JUNIOR CLASS OFITI- CERS AND ADVISORS- FIRST ROW: Stan Daniel- son, president: Nita liddy. vice-president: and Juanita Gray. secretary. SECOND ROW: I.aVerne Simpson. secretary: George Wall, vice- president: Mr. Wynn-Jones and Miss Morris. JUNIORS Emerged from the throes of a chaotic sophomore year, bewildering period of senior high life. the new juniors entered this fall a little the wiser and certainly the more capable. Milestones marking the passage of this memorable year were monuments in themselves to members of the junior class. Many wondered if ever again there would be a Junior Prom equal to that of the gay spring-time formal, which was created in April, featuring a Dutch motif or a play so funny as the rollicking production, June Mad, starring a junior cast. To them it was fun, every minute of clean- up, committee work, clamoring class meetings, evening rehearsals. and all the other small odds and ends of social doings that constituted the bulk of junior class activity. Bidding adieu to the good times of the past term leaves the juniors only a passing regret Awaited with eager anticipation is the forthcoming year packed full with unexpected events, added responsibili-- ties, new friends, and above all. the time to unleash unified leadership ability in the capacity of--future seniors. 1
