1 -S JOSEPH EUGENE GRILLO 2 '-3' s 'U 'S kim!! JOAN FRANCES GOODWIN joan, a lovely blue-eyed blonde, was one of the charming members of the Queen's Court at the junior Prom. Blessed with such natural gifts as beautiful hair and a radiant complexion, she is charming in manner as well as appearance. Thoroughly competent in the field of homemaking, she is an expert in food preparation. An affec- tionate and thoughtful nature, joan is in- dustrious and ambitious. She is also one of the pleasantest girls in our class, for she has a great sense of humor and participates in all our activities with spon- taneous enthusiasm. She designs and makes her own wardrobe, this accounts for the fact that Lauretta is one of our fashionable and well groomed girls. Her extra-curricula activities include bowling, dancing, and horseback riding. Lauretta's gentle, friendly manner has made a deep impression on all of usg her conscientiousness and her sense of responsibility will always be tremendous assets. Ever noticed a nice looking little Model A Ford around the parking area? If you notice the driver, you'll see that it's joe. The looks and the condition of this antique car certainly prove what hard work and ingenuity can do. Not all of joe's interests, however, lie in the Ford. His four year aggie course has been supplemented by his work on a local potato farm. For two years he has been secretary of the F. F. A. Joe always has a pleasant smileg everyone en- ioys his company. His future employers will find him a man to depend upon when a hard job is assigned. DIANN MARY I-IARNDEN For four years Diann has intrigued us with her persuasive manner. Her serious eyes and her disarming smile reflect her mood and tell us of the warm personality behind them. In spite of a job which re- quired much of her time, Diann has been active in the Girls' Glee Club, and she has also served on the Literary Staff of THE ANCHOR. Her favorite sports are in the out-of-doors category - swimming, skat- ing, hunting, and riding. A smart appear- ance and a debonair manner distinguish Diann, but underneath, there is a deep, per- ceptive mind.
