', V9 Regina Earns Title ?3' Before the Homecoming game South held Spirit Week to boost student enthusiasm. Some of the events held during Spirit Week included Fifties Day, Sock Day, Red and White Day, and Clown Day. During halftime at the South and Maryville football game the crowd eagerly awaited the presentation of the Sports Queen contestants and the announcement of the finalists. Regina Stanton, who raised over one thousand dollars for the Athletic Department, will long re- member October 30, 1979.
