These girls decorated, operated the various booths, donated candy and other goodies to sell, and helped make the whole affair a big success. This group of Juniors created an in- teresting NO MAN'S LAND from the Latin stories they had studied. They had the two-headed dog, Cyclops, and many other interesting characters. These Juniors created and operated the Horror House, with spiders, spooks, skeletons, and a creature from Mars who had died from eating hamburgers and milk shakes. These boys were the construction crew who built the booths, operated some of the concessions, were our handy-men in general, to help make our efforts succeed. James Pastor, Methodist Church, Madisonville KEEP THY HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCE . . . “This is a milestone - not a place to stop. Real power today is knowledge plus character. Intelligence without heart is hollow. The future depends upon the character of the men and women in the world. Open up your potential and BE SOMEBODY.
