C ycling Club 1973 marks the end of the cycling cIub's second year. As a newly formed club. they had numerous bike trips. This year there hasn't been any such excursions. Art Club Home Economics Art Club has had a very successful year for 1972-1973. We have contributed to the AFS fund. co-sponsored a dance with FTA, won the Mayor of Covina Award in the Eastland Shopping Center Christmas Tree Display and made a macrame hanging for the library. We also enjoyed several excursions to Laguna Beach. The Renaissance Pleasure Faire and the Huntington Library and Gardens, where our AFS student, Greg Willis, was our special guest. The American Field Service is devoted to our foreign exchange students. We hold dances. book marker and balloon sales. bake sales and use our homes to house foreign exchange students from San Diego. We would like to thank Mrs. Perez for being our sponsor for the 1972-1973 year. A.F.. . ki Club This year the Ski Club has gained many more interested members. The club has enjoyed an early season, Members don't have to know how to ski although the majority of them do.
