Art Club Home Economics Art Club has had a very successful year for 1972-1973. We have contributed to the AFS fund. co-sponsored a dance with FTA, won the Mayor of Covina Award in the Eastland Shopping Center Christmas Tree Display and made a macrame hanging for the library. We also enjoyed several excursions to Laguna Beach. The Renaissance Pleasure Faire and the Huntington Library and Gardens, where our AFS student, Greg Willis, was our special guest. Pep Club This year Pep Club was happy to say that their club had increased greatly in size, thanks to the freshmen. Pep Club was started last year to promote spirit. Pep Club members feel that their club has really accomplished something this year!!! They attribute some of South Hill's spirit to the progress their club has made. C ycling Club 1973 marks the end of the cycling cIub's second year. As a newly formed club. they had numerous bike trips. This year there hasn't been any such excursions.
