Pep Club This year Pep Club was happy to say that their club had increased greatly in size, thanks to the freshmen. Pep Club was started last year to promote spirit. Pep Club members feel that their club has really accomplished something this year!!! They attribute some of South Hill's spirit to the progress their club has made. Membership is based on high grades earned during the semester before membership. Students now need at least three A's and one B to join C.S.F. The members enjoy many privileges in turn for their good grades, Meetings are held during class time. and least once per year C.S.F. members get a chance to take a field trip. Art Club Home Economics Art Club has had a very successful year for 1972-1973. We have contributed to the AFS fund. co-sponsored a dance with FTA, won the Mayor of Covina Award in the Eastland Shopping Center Christmas Tree Display and made a macrame hanging for the library. We also enjoyed several excursions to Laguna Beach. The Renaissance Pleasure Faire and the Huntington Library and Gardens, where our AFS student, Greg Willis, was our special guest.
