1. Juanita Mabra and Rich Finnegan received Honorable Mention in the 7th Congressional District Mike DeWine Art Contest. 2. Ms. Teresa Charters is commended for her creation of and work with SATP which conducted a city-wide campaign against teen pregnan- cy, produced radio commercials, received a grant from the Ohio Department of Health and Human Services to produce a video about teen pregnancy, was invited to speak to the Upward Bound Ohio Youth Conference in the summer of 1986, and worked with and may act as a model program for the Governor ' s Task Force against Teen Pregnancy. 3. Ron Watford is recognized for his participation in the Men ' s Quartet, Ensemble, Symphony Choir, and Community Choir. 236
