He stresses the vocational aspect of coun- seling, He graduated from Brentwood High School, received his A.B. at Penn- sylvania State University, and his M.Ed, at the University of Pittsburgh. ln addition, Mr. Owens engaged in work at the Col- lege ot William 8.
