The money collected from Christmas caroling was donated to Chil- dren's Hospital.

The F.T.A., sponsored by Miss Mendelson, student taught again this year as in the past years at the tour elementary schools in our area and tutored students here at South. An installation of new members was held followed by tea and coffee, where Mr.Carr spoke to the group on philosophies on teaching. The group's funds went toward a scholarship to a Senior going into teaching, Mel Kavic. Sharese Potoma Marsha Burr, Shari Ouillen, Dawn Douglass. , ' , , President: Debbie Guthrie The Pl-l.A., sponsored by Mrs. Pratt, raised money through a donut sale, teacher bake sales, club dues and a cookbook sale to make the quilt wallhanging pictured on the divider page of organizations in the Yearbook. The quilt is displayed on the wall in the Library.
