Q10 1 8 - Sno-Daze COLD WEATHER CAUSES POSTPONEMENT OF SNO-DAZE This years Sno -Daze week was most un- usual. First of all it was postponed because all school activities after 5:00 p. m. were can- celled that week due to the energy crisis. It was finally rescheduled for the week of Feb- ruary l4th through the 18th. Besides Monday being Valentines Day, it was also Coronation night. Mary Pritchard and Dan Nelsen were crowned 1977 Sno -Daze Queen and King after an evening full of enter- tainment. Tuesday and Wednesday the sno- sculpture and sleigh riding events were can- celled because of lack of snow. Friday was the Disco dance sponsored by the choirs to make money for their trip. All in all this years Sno-Daze was a very different week. 1. Tony Genung and Debbie La.Plant do a skit at the corona- tion program, 2. jill Miller and Sanford Moore sing Where is the Love. 3. Mary Chairpairini and Lenny Sedlock introduce the candi- dates. 4. Sign in Commons showing postponement of Sno-Daze Week. 5. Mary Pritchard shows wild emotion as Dan Nelsen is crowned King. 6. Moments later Mary Pritchard is crowned Queen. 6Of'f'tQCaQfIe 7.00 G c P' Halal Snw-Elin... s.I.'Qff,,f'7 ' Contest .Rx .. af f 2 vf 9 50' ' an 'M 'J owdgnvolao
