495' -fi'f H Q' 'K QV -ian-vi, an HOMECGMING SPIRIT HIGH Homecoming this year was a huge success with spirit higher than ever! The week got off to a great start at corona- tion Tuesday night with the crowning of Queen Dotty Taplin and King Rick Goodsell. On Wednesday, the pep club auctioned off mem- bers as slaves for a day. On Thursday the Stu- dent Council sponsored a hayride. Friday was the traditional homecoming football game against Marshall-U. After a small defeat, homecoming ended with a dance featuring the group Fame . All in all, homecoming was a great success! 1. Frank Gorton washes up at coronat-ion. 2. SADIE: BIGGEST A D BEST EVER Sadie Hawkins, once again brought many couples and evening of exhausting fun. Mal1cerson's Ranch was the host of this frol- icking event on Dec. 18, 1976. The time flew while calls of all the men left and swing your pretty little caws, fascinated and frus- trated would-be square dancers. Throughout the evening marriages were performed uniting the suc- cessful madamosilles with their poor unfortunate fellows. Pictures were also taken for a reminder of this wonderous occasion. 1.
