FASHION TRENDS UF 70'S TURN CASUAL The big fashion scene in the 50's included such things as straight-leg jeans and long skirts, bobby socks, saddle shoes and last but not least, leather jackets. The popular hair styles were mainly the Ducktail for the boys and Pony- tails for girls. Since then fashions have come a long way! Casualness and informality of clothes and hair is the new trend. Nowdays it's Adidas and 2-inch heel shoes, decorative T-shirts, back packs and parkas, Levi's and painter pants, bib overalls and Rugby shirts! In short, the fashions of the 70's have gone toward those worn in the industrial type of pro- fessions, and really, almost anything goes. N . I v .J 1 Q f 6 'fblxprv E 5. J ' .
