' - w South - Central In a breath-taking gridiron battle, the South High Tro- jans fought the Central Hill- toppers to a 0-0 tie. The Trojans had control of the ball most of the time. Along with a few bad breaks and a couple of fumbles, South was unable to score. The South High Trojans went down valiantly in a nip and tuck battle with Union High School's Redhawks. The game was a heart-breaker for the light, upset minded Trojans to lose. The boys fought hard and can be proud of the way they played. The final result left South on the short end of a 21-13 score. South - Creston South High's spirited Trojans romped to a 20-0 victory over the much improved Creston Polar Bears. South dominated the play throughout the game and were seldom threatened. After a slow first half, South suddenly came to life. Before the men of Troy were stopped, they had scored a total of 20 points. 23
