For the first time all students on hall duty were called together by the council to discuss problems and their solutions. The constitution was revised so that the citizenship chairman would be elected in the spring, thus making it easier to organize a smoothfworking hall system the first week of school. The constitution was also amended so it would be more democratic in representation and so stu' dents would have a better chance to participate. At least one member from each session room is elected in the fall. Every club and almost every student participated in the annual Kopper Karnival which was extremef ly successful this year.
