We live in an age when educational opportunity has reached greater numbers than ever in the past. No generation has been as well equipped with the means to work out its problems. You have greater promise of successful careers than any group has ever known. These advantages, however, are yours to use. They will not operate to assure suc- 1 alw- lxv '41 as always, come from within yourselves.
