They workwith the students of their respective classes to plan a curricular program which will insure scholastic growth, meet their needs while they are in school, and prepare them for whatever course seems most advisable after graduation. In addition they aid their counselees in solving personal problems and show them the ad- visability of continuing their schooling and attending classes regularly. Junior and senior counselors also assist their charges in obtaining part-timeand post- graduation iobs and in securing information on colleges and scholarships.
