Their devotion enables students to receive the full percentage of this investment. The able executives and administrators, as captains of a ship, chart the course for the teachers to follow. They provide the leadership, experience, and guidance neces- sary to insure a successful journey. They are able to guide us around obstacles which may endanger this learning experience, and they also give advice to aid us in achievement. Teachers form a link of understanding between the student and the administra- tion. The satisfaction of seeing a student understand is the only reward teachers ask in return. Young adults like to have someone to respect, and what better people are there than those who teach and prepare them for the life they will share with others in the world.
