Roberson Zalia Harbaugh Maxine Miller Margaret Miller Our capable and amiable principal, Mr. Paul C, Garrison, came to our school last year from Franklin, Indiana. During the two years he has been here he has been very helpful in aiding and supervising the students and faculty. Another important position is held by Mr. H. C, Roberson, as- sistant principal, who is always ready and Willing to give advice to students and faculty members alike. Miss Zalia Harbaugh, dean of girls, is a friend of every girl in the SQUQU school. Through her tactfulness and patience she very capably gives advice to anyone who calls on her for help. Miss Maxine Miller, a graduate of South High School, is kept very busy managing the many activities that are carried on in the school oflice. Miss Margaret Miller, also a graduate of South High School, assists with the work in the office. She has been here only the latter half of this year.

C, Derbyshire During his seventh year as Superintendent of Lima Public Schools, Mr. J. McLean Reed has encountered numerous difficulties in securing faculty members. This, however, is only one of the duties of Mr. Reed. He also supervises teachers' work, directs the financial policy of the schools, encourages professional development of teachers, and inspires pupils to higher achievements. Mr. Reed has made many friends among the students, faculty, and parents with his Willingness to help solve the numerous problems in- six volved in education. His efforts to advance education in Lima have not been in vain as records of school work have shown. He is ably assisted in his many duties by the members of the board of education who have freely given of their time and ability in order to improve our school system. Mr. W. C. Derbyshire this year has become Director of Maintenance for the school system, He very capably looks after the repair and maintenance of all the various buildings in the city. 6 l
