OFFICE HELPERS Students who composed the Main Office Staff are, Row 1, left to right: Jackie Thompson, Helen Bajus, Marilyn Shook, Barbara Miller, Joanne Mayer, Janet Gwynn, Julia Davis, Jean Johnston, Pat Mouser, Row 2: Maureen Office, Lois Bolen, Pat Norris, Ilea Alexander, Elaine Zisenwine, Juanita Eblin, Arlene Bausch, Joan Ball, Nancy Dingledine, Vellaire Evans, Nancy Nofer, Barbara Canter, Larry Troutman, Nancy McCune. These office helpers have re- sponsible and important tasks to perform, and are, in a sense, rep- resentatives of the entire student body, since they are seen by all visitors to the building. These students are chosen on the basis of character, scholarship, effi- ciency, and reliability. They are depended upon to Wait on all students and visitors and fhelp them as much as possible. They issue locker, tardy, and visitors permits, direct visitors to any teachers or rooms they Wish to visit, and run numerous errands for Miss Grove and Mr. Huber. Their faithfulness, dependability and character are what help to make the office run so smoothly and efficiently. BOOK EXCHANGE STAFF Girls who work in thc Book Exchange during lunch periods are, Row 1, left to right: Carol Bowen, Vellaire Evans, Betty Roy, Emmie Huntsberger, Marion Glick, Phyllis Payne, Row 2: Joan Ball, Marilyn Marshall, Nancy Dingledine, Betty Kritzer, Judy Arthur, Marilyn Buckholz, Dorothy Garrigan. The duties of the Book Ex- change Staff include selling movie tickets, football and bas- ketball game tickets, all dance tickets, book covers, Workbooks, and locks, and taking dues for various clubs and organizations. They must be on time everyday and keep track of several dif- ferent things at a time, such as accounting for all tickets, etc., that are sold.
