The American education and social system have undertaken the responsibility of preserving these rights, as can be seen in the new curricula adopted in our schools and colleges and by the change in our country's foreign affairs. This Democratic way is to advance along the lines of civiliza- tion that bring higher and happier living to the people of America. The pursuance of the arts, science, and music gives us a greater appreciation of the social system in this, our Democratic Nation. Due to rationinq and priorities they were puzzled rnost of the time, to see who would come out on top. They succeeded. They presented various dances: one being a Friday the 13th dance, another a record dance. They worked hard selling candy, cokes and pop- corn at the Class C Tournaments, and harder yet collecting class dues.
